The Comfort Zone.
Today, we had a CB department wu lin da hui (a.k.a LJ meeting). The bohliao director always hold such stupid monthly meeting so as to let us know our lousy performance. Lao CB, like limpek give a fuck about the department 's performance. As long as my $ come in can olreadi, dun have to talk so much!
Then my senior manager highlighted that some fucking ppl in the department anyoldhow do their work. He buay tell us a story about getting stuck inside what LJ circle and living in it becos its a comfort zone. He said we should knn step out of our LJ comfort zone and be more ON THE BALL!! He also said if we continue to be sloppy in our work, next yr appraisal we will get it! CCB! I long long time never kena this kind of lecture, like teacher scolding pupil, si pek refreshing to me.. VERY AWAKENING!! hahaha
I just dun understand why my kollegues all buay zhi tong one. Work properly lar, simple shit also cant do, only know how to backstab and gossip, CCB. Wanna chao keng, do it without getting caught lar, now kena Buoy Gou You, si pek song isit? U all lao CBs wanna go down in flames dun drag me in lar, i am the least bit like you ppl. Not that i dun chao keng or be sloppy, but at least limpek never get caught hahaha!!
Think u all fucking puboas better borrow from me my "101 ways to CBL and chao keng without getting cuaght" handbook. Fuck hehe!

(This was how my boss put it, he illustrate using THE RING 's well as the fucking comfort zone..CB, he cursing us i think, NN, like we all stuck inside the stinko well with Sadako.Imagine, Sadako P.S and urine inside the CB well and we inside suffer with her, wahlau eh! Listen up all my old CB Kollegues, wait Sadako crawl out from ur CB TV set and whopped all ur fatty arses then u know! )

It's usually the middle mgt sucks.. ask ka kia do stuff, they take the credit.
Frankly speaking, there's rare people as good leaders. All the good ones are now their own boss, or they're kena framed by the evil...
