LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Was at Guccee the 2 weeks ago with RedRain because she sent in her Guccee bag for repair 2 months ago and no one call to ask her to collect the bag. Bascially we went there because we wanna fuck the people for their poor service.
When we reach there, as usual, no one come attend to us. Thats their CB standard one, knn. Then a young sales guy came and offer help. We passed him the receipt and complained that why its taking so long for the repair to be done. He apologised and went in to the small office to check on it. After 5 mins, he came out and say its not ready. At this point, both me and RedRain was kee siao already, then i say "What?!!!"... sensing he is into fucking trouble, he said : "pls give me a moment, let me confirm it again'...so off he went to another small storeroom behind him. After another 5 min, he came out with RedRain's bag.
We proceed to check the LJ bag, CCB, the repair done was so sloppy and wasn't what was agreed upon.So RedRain shoot the salesman and told him off, He lan lan say;"okie, for this repair, we wont charge you, we will resend the bag for repair again, after that then you pay for it"
KNNB lar, of course this time round i won't pay lar, you think i idiot? You guys repair wrongly, dare to charge me, go suck my cock better lar...TMD.
I really cannot stand all these branded shops. The sales assistance really suck one, I went to europe, the shops over there are the same..snobbish sales people. All these sales people only bowed to the riches and not to the common people like us. Thats a very fact and i am not making it up. In Paris, you go into LV shop, you must CCB queue queue queue!!! And when its your turn to go into the shop, you cant take your LJ time to browse, you MUST tell the CB angmoh French sales bitch what model you want, no further questions ask and off to the payment counter you go...KNN...they treat tourists like assembly line items..
In Spore, the service standard is not much better also. I think Sporeans are also too proud to serve their own fellow people. Another of that"Sore Eyes Syndrome" mentioned eariler on other entry...Stupid man.
WTF lar, when we purchase the bags last time, it was communicated that if there are repair work to be done, can always bring it back to the shop. H.K lar, now the people at Guccee are giving me an lousy impression that me and RedRain is damn cheapo, send in a damage bag for repair, instead of buying a new one...si mi Lj leh...
Before we left, we asked him, so how long will we have to wait this time. He said : "Next friday, definitely we will call you.."
Ya, right, my foot, you will call, Your service standard sucks and i think i gotta wait maybe for another 2 months for it to be ready.. really KNS man , if they never call me, I will complain to C.A.S.E
Wait..wait...as the LJ garment said in newspaper, YOU BLOGGERS like to shoot your mouth off at issues and never offer good solutions or recommendations to the NB situations...Okie, here 's my solution: send all your LJ sales team to Customer satisfaction training...retrain all these assholes every six months..refresher course..because i think THEY REALLY NEED IT!!!

Latest update..they did knn call on friday..still late and the LJ bag cannot be CB repaired as agreed..THink we ain't gonna pay for the fucking job done...gonna fucking play punk knn!!

Seriously.. What can they do to the red spot on the fabric? They shouldnt agree to repair if its impossible lor! Seems LV's customer service is much better.
I went with Travis to repair his bag and it was done on the spot. Ok, it was a minor one. Just change a rubber lah. But, the customer service was great!
Another time, I went with another gf to LV. She asked if her bag can be repaired. The sales person advice her to buy a new one cos the repair will cost as much. Bo hua. At least thats a gd service too!
