Since my Hantu entry yesterday, i read and heard from many ppl abt their share of ghost stories and encounters.~ U PPL ROCK!!! nice!!!!
FIREBURN DECIDED TO QUIT SMOKING, HAS NOT BEEN DOING IT FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS..
I just found out that i might kena the following:
Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms
nicotine cravings
insomnia (difficulty sleeping)
tremor
sweating
feelings of depression (sometimes with thoughts of suicide)
agitation
anxiety
irritability
short temperedness
difficulty concentrating
headache
nausea
stomach upsets
weight gain
Fuck lar, so much shit that i might suffer..CB. But i will overcome them!

I'm anti-smoking, and after getting burnt by a cigarette by one of my close pals, I'm convinced it's evil.
Alot about quitting smoking is in the mind (I hear from other smokers lahz). They say it's more a habit than anything, so your mind need to be very strong! Sounds damn difficult if you ask me, but I fully support your cause! GO FIREBURN!
