Just got this shit today and they sent it out late :
What can I say? After reading, all I can gather is that they haven't catch the culprit. andis sweeping the case under the carpet. They got no balls to get their complain dept or I/O to call me. They are very "GOOD" at drafting letters! I totally gave up on them and i despise their work ethics!

Too bad, i cant see the letter.. even after i save it and open the image, still blur
letters letters, thats the easiest way to solve problem.. calling the cust up w/o a solution will definitely invite scoldings.
