Yesterday newspaper got an article :"Sitibank's one call to cancel them all"..apparently stated that their customer LJ servicing is very good...Suck my lan pa until swollen i say! Good? i just CB
clash wif them...well not me, but its RedRain who clash wif them..

Went shopping wif RedRain today. CCB, we bought alot of shit in orchard road. She signed her LJ credit card like there's no tomorrow. Knn, on our last stop at the NB goatheart jewellery, a funky incident happened...

She wanted to get a pair of CB earrings for her fren, cost ard $1kplus, NN, when she tried to use her sitibank credit card to pay for the item, the card was rejected. The CB salesgal then gave us the "DoG EyE SEE HumaN LoW" Look...i was thinking u phua CB, think i no $ to pay for ur stupid NB earrings isit? As i forgot to bring out my atm card, i ask RedRain to call Sitibank to check on the spot.

Fuck lar, after calling then we know wat happen. Aparrently, 2 mths ago we bought a plasma tee wee via instalments at best lenki shop using that card, knn, that best lenki ppl never tell us that by paying via instalments, our LJ credit limit for the card will be affected. KNN, becos the tee wee cost $3.9k, hence every month RedRain's card limit is reduced by $3.9k, even though she pay a monthly instalment of $200. NB, this is daylight robbery leh, how can they suka suka capped the card's limit? CCB, the best part is that best lenki 's useless ppl never inform us that there is such a thing. h.k lar, i use OCBEEC card to pay instalment for other stuff also never get this kind of bullshit arrangement. RedRain said 2molo she will call best lenki and complain!

Knn, and you know wat? That CB sitibank customer service officer refuse to temporary increase the credit limit abit..say wat need management approval unless we are overseas now and its a oversea transaction. Fucking hell, wat u mean?Shopping overseas is more big fuck then shopping locally huh? I just dun get it. NBCB, wat good customer service? LJ eh! In the end, i use my own OCBEEC card and clear the payment. By the time, my face fucking black liao.

After this saga,i swear i will cancel the rest of my sitibank card and facilities.CCB, that puboas Standirt Chucked Bank also like that, si pek one kind one. Limpek cheapo called them up say want them to waive off the yearly charge, they say cannot and at most charge me 50%. H.k lar, i signed so many many of thousand $ over the past few months, u all knn still wan me to pay ur CB yearly charge?! i say u all can go and fuck LJ spider backside! In the end i cancel the CB Standirt Chucked Bank card!

Actually cum think of it, a person dun need so many credit card one, at most 2 will do. One for beginning of the month, the other for month end..Fuck lar, i totally lost confidence in those LJ foreign banks..gonna stick to my local bank credit cards from now on. WAT "Sitibank's one call to cancel them all", I say it only takes "One Call To Cancel them all"!! One bloody call to cancel all these LJ cards becos of poor customer service hahaha!!
