Went to the BEYOND gig...

WTH, reach there like 730pm and had a hard time finding a parking lot. In the end park outside Oasis, CCB limpek surrounded by many JB cars. Fuck man many JB ppl come down and watch this LJ gig.

KNN, alot of funky ppl i saw at the gig, got those uncles and aunties gang, got those couple couple group, got those super chio bUs, got langar faces kind, got those typical rocker dudes. I most buay tahan one is seeing a big group of super offbeat/obiang ahbeng dudes, centre parting hair, cheap lousy Beyond print tshirts. NB, si pek er xin, "up the lorry kind" of style, I bet my $$ they is from JB!

Anyway, the gig was pretty ok only...more than 10 monitor speakers, marshall stacks, fender guitars, double pedal drums (CCB, i never know chinese rock can be so ROCK, double pedal drums some more). The guitartist can really shred and tap his LJ fender guitar. His LJ fingers shred the fucking guitar fretboard very fast.

I said the gig ok only becos, they use to be more rock, today the gig like tame, CCB, like just going thru flow and motion and finish chopchop within 2hrs.. ANyway, i think qincai lar, this is their last gig liao, cut them some slack, CB they r aging rockers liao... technically, as in musically, they are superb but their song selections could have been betta...

Mmm... I think thats the end for the band members, their solo careers cannot make it one, heard their individual stuff b4 liao, kena sia!

I think the best gig i went this yr so far is SLIPKNOT (aug'05), that one is very loud and heavy..shiok

Tomolo heading into the jamming studio again for 3 hrs..GOD BLESS MY HEAR DRUMS....
