I remebered flipping through my stack of old documents in my office drawer today. Saw a "TOP TEN BARRIERS AT WORK" document. This was a feedback info obtained by boh liao survey. I had a meeting with the rest of the LJ people on these issues on my 2nd day of work. And i was fucking clueless on WTF stupid CCB people are talking about.

Today, today i read those points and findings again with nonchantic feelings..CCB lar..those points...those highlighted problems..THEY STILL EXISTS IN THE LJ OFFICE TILL THIS DAY. ALL THE RECOMMENDATIONS MADE WERE NEVER CARRIED OUT EXCEPT ONE POINT ON " MOTIVATE WORKERS WITH INCENTIVE TRIP"...FireBurn was thinking, who the fuck needs Incentive trip..what i want is Incentive hard cash!

This stupid Incentive motivational trip brings imbalance of the LJ people relationship system in my office. Caused by the LJ petition, jealousy and unjust which cause a DRIFt in the office till this day.


THIS IS the "THE JAPAN INCIDENT" :

It all during one LJ wulindahui when the PrataKing said that he will give the Lj department a LJ incentive to a "far" away place. No one even bothered to sugguest which destination because all is sceptical. ONLY one Bitch, that is the Langgar Queen, suggested very loudly to her sugar daddy to go JAPAN!. KNN, Prataking listen liao super high and then suggested that JAPAN FOR THE INCENTIVE TRIP IT SHALL BE...

KNN, because he was so enthu ( fuck him like a LJ kid ) about the trip HIMSELF, he said very generously.." well, this is a target performance thing, even if YOU HIT THE TARGET AND CHOOSE NOT TO GO TRIP..I WILL PAYOUT TO ALLLLLL THOSE THAT CHOOSE TO STAY BEHIND".

MISTAKE I MUST SAY. This muthafucka boss never uses his brain whenever he speaks. Impulsive. Impatient.

And I must say, at that time, the langgar team all never think about his statement about paying those not going. THESE GONG CBs, all listen can go CB LJ JAPAN, ALL FUCKING HIGH AND ENTHU..ALL LIKE MOUNTAIN TURTLES, NEVER TRAVEL TO THE LAND OF THE LJ RAISING RED SUN..all looking forwARD to it...I really meant ALL...except...

Except the 6 of us in our divison- FireBurn, IQ, LorryDuck, OLD buddy Piggie, Mr Propaganda and Huziboss.

To me, i just think that since can get payout by staying why not? Why would i want to go tour with these idiots? Somemore, I will have to work not as if they go tour, i take the money and shake Firelegs...I have to fucking caretake their work for them.

Well after rounds of confirmation, Prataking came to realised that around 8 or more people decided not to go Japan, choose $ instead. Thats when he got scared, insecured and angry...He realised that his LJ team is not fucking cohesive at all...well blame who? HIM THE FUCK SELF thats who...To him, if like 30% of the people not going to the trip..how is he gonna hide his face infront of the fuck MD? how he going to haolian to the people in other Departments that he manage his people well and we are LOYAL LACKEY DOGS THAT WILL BARK WHEN HE SAYS SO....Well, apparently LIMLAUPEK is not ONE OF THEM HAHA!!!!

So, PrataKing, in TRUE PRATA FASHION, ROTI PRATA his words and said.." I WILL NOW ONLY PAY 4 PEOPLE THAT STAY BEHIND"..He wanted to discourage us from staying behind...he wanetd to "make things diffcult"..He thought his threat made us super frighten...FUCK HIm! Whatever happen to "f YOU HIT THE TARGET AND CHOOSE NOT TO GO TRIP..I WILL PAYOUT TO ALLLLLL THOSE THAT CHOOSE TO STAY BEHIND"???

Many of us think he is fucking super inconsistence..SO we fight to get our money from him..I am not money oriented for this but i hate people who are inconsistent when important decision or actions are to be made. I am at times inconsistent, contridicting..we are all human,boh LJ bian, but you can't behaviour this fuck way IF YOU ARE AT THE TOP managing people..

So, the LJ bosses- Huzi and Mr Propaganda went to bring this up to the stupid HR director and this fuck issue esclated to the LJ MD..in the end, the decision was TO PAY ALL THAT IS NOT GOING TO TRIP...

But KNN, this was not the fuck end...

Those LJ langar faces, knowing that we are being PAID by not going..THEY GOT THE SORE EYE!! They felt that how come they so stupid, go LJ JAPAN and wast emore money. So they boh song, the LJ TEAM LEADS, Mr DIPOLMATIC and GIANT Gorrila went in to talk to PRATAKING and air their senseless Grievances...till this day, i still dunno who instigate who...isit PRATAKing or them that went on to plan a fucking Terrorists attack on us...THEY STARTED A PETITION...

THEY GET ALL THE LJ LOSERS WHO ARE GOING TO CB JAPAN AND signed on the pathetic piece of paper. They passed the petition to my CB LJ MD, thinking that he will go back on his words..but they are dead wrong. My LJ MD is ain't no MR PRATAKING..he got standard, won't go back his words..

In the end, it backfired...we, the winners got payout without going to Japan. The losers got to go Japan, waste expenses and annual leave..AND THEY LEFT A BAD TASTE IN THE LJ MD MOUTH...BAD FUCKING MOVE...

THEN, THESE CB LOSERS still can have Ah-Q mentality, commented:
"for the petition....oh its not about the money'
"oh we just want to air our views..."
"we just...we just.."

I SAY FUCK YOU ALL LAR..DUN ACT SAINTs AND SOUR GRAPES at the same time...YOU ALL SORRY ARSEHOLES!!!

This whole drama makes me realised how fuck up all these people are!!

The love of money is the greatest fucking roots of evil!

This whole fuck incident caused a drift in my division. From that day onwards..its always me and so and so AGAINST THE LANGGAR FACES..ME VS THEM.

Was having Kopi wif Mr PRopaganda and Lawyer at 1am in Sengkang..he commented, have you ever wonder that the management might think that till this day, you two can't gel with the langgar faces, maybe the problem is you two..WEll, i said whatever..i said if the management THINK SO FUCK HIGHLY OF THEM..I GOT NUTHING TO SAY...THE FUCKING MANAGEMENT IS SO FUCKKKKKINGGGGGG BLIND.......
