Payout formula that I have been fucking "bestowed" since i think 2004 Aug. Complicated hell as fuck? Oh yes! Only a psychopath and not a math genius will come with such a so call "motivational" semi- entrep incentive. Purpose is to drive you to work. But it also has its fucking drawbacks. For this formula to work, you are paid according to how hard you work. if you won't fucking work hard, you will eat grass.
PrataKing did not realised that this system is just like the ERP system the LJ garment has come up with. At first it will seems to solve inefficient problems, after awhile, when everyfuck bodies are tired with this unfair treatment, efficient and effectiveness dropped...
PrataKIng in true PAP fashion, now came up with a addition to the payout that both pays you more IF YOU WORK FUCKING HARDER..if you seat on your ASS, YOUR PAY WILL BE DEDUCTED!!!! In addition, he will deductt $1x amount for every admin flaws we made..that works out to be around 100 moola..CCB
This is oh so garment style, just like the fucking ERP system, when the fucking roads get more Jam...they increase more ERPs and prices...KNN, but after awhile we the people still won't feel anything, just pay it loh, what to do..
Same for my LJ companies..when people starts to get not motivated, they will leave. I think i have super endurance, can be there for so long. TMD, Prataking only knows how to scream everyfuck month at the WU LIN DA HUI and says "U ALL BETTER PUSH AHH"...knnbpcb, only know how to say, no concrete actions, only know how to use his pathetic money and throw at our fuckfaces!!!!
HE always say he pays us well, fuck him...the company profits are not in billions, in small millions nia, how the fuck to feed us well? CCB, everyfuck time only know how to REPACKAGE THE SAME OLD PAY BUDGET FROM HEAD OFFICE AND TRY TO SELL US THE IDEAS THAT HE IS FUCK GENEROUS..NNB LAR, Don't you know that money is not the onlye motivational thing? YOu stupid Theory-X BOSS!!!!
You think your fuck incentives trip are so attractive? They only invites more troubles and badblood amony workers!! These are all the trips that are "bestowed" to us...I never go to anyone..except only one. So stupid..waste money, waste annual leave and gotta take planes with langgar faces..thats super unlucky!!
