I might need a 3M face mask or a oxygen mask soon.. also remebered how fucking idiotic and kiasu sporeans are during the SARS period..oh man..they actually go and snatch up all the LJ 3M face masks...WTF! Totally unbelievable!
The CB Haze makes me sick, people around me sick, makes my eyes sore too...God damn those idiots responsible for it...Brainless people.
It is said that persons with existing heart or respiratory ailments should reduce physical exertion and outdoor activity.The general population should reduce vigorous outdoor activity... TMD
And also during a smoke haze, the fine particulates enter an air-conditioned building through the fresh air intake and by infiltration through openings and gaps. The particulate levels indoor can thus build up to unacceptable levels. This could have undesirable health effect on the occupants of the building and adversely affect the efficiency of the air-conditioning system...ccb no aircon should be turn on at home..shit.
The garment actually has a Haze Action Plan...err to me that's so LJ stupid and lame.

haze sucks! I had to postpone my jogging plans for a while after I set my mind to exercise my slack body which get tired after climbing to 3rd storey.
God, grant rain now at the most appropiate time. My body jus have to wait. haiz....
