Looking back at the past few months' KNNB CMI performance, I have to fucking say that the CB team has done very fucking CB well. While you NBCBs have worked fucking hard to achieve these KNNB results, please do not NB neglect your fucking health as well. If you are not already fucking doing do, speaking from my personal LJ experience, it is important to take adequate amount of rotten fruits daily, LJ supplements if necessary, do regular fucking exercises and ensure that you have sufficient fucking sleep at night. It is only when your CB health is at its fucking peak, will you be able to be more fucking productive at work , and that in turn can help you excel in your fucking performance and reach greater LJ heights. For those who already doing your fucking bit to keep up with your fitness, keep it up, you will FUCKING do well!
