FUCK YOU HELPDESK!

Been trying hard to hook up the CB remote access back home using my IBOOK. Had problems becaus i think the LJ citrix application doesnt work well with safari browser.

So i call the company helpdesk this morning, the CB gal ask me to log in a case. KNN, thats so typical of them, play tai chi. TMD, until 4pm, no one reply my mail or even bother to call back. THen i resent my case request. at 445pm a LJ guy email me. He ask me go d/l this fucking file http://www.citrix.com/site/SS/downloads/details.asp?dID=2755&downloadID=3250#top. I replied to him that LONG LONG BEFORE I login the helpdesk case, i already did some research on this file and tried to d/l and install., but the fucking remote fuck thing still doesnt work.WHAT A FUCKING IDIOT, AFTER THAT HE NEVER REPLY MY MAIL.

So i felt office OTD, feeling shitty about the whole thing. Went home and tried to login again. KNN, still buay sia! So i super TL and call the company 24hr helpdesk. That fucker, who answer my call, is the worse helpdesk fuckball i ever encounter! He just said " We never have any citrix remote access problems...i dunno if its compatible with MAC"..I was super piss when i heard him comment that! I shoot him off, told him, when i apply for this remote fuck access, your stupid computer request environment prompt me to ask me to declare me is mac or win user..IF UR FUCK CITRIX CB APPLICATION CAN"T RUN ON MAC...then ask me choose for fuck?!!!!!!~

Then this fuckball helpdesk idiot became TL and said..."We spore helpdesk team is not train on citrix issues.. you want u email to USA office"...Then he forward me an email address which is WRONG ONE...TMD!!!

I HATE IT WHEN PEOPEL PLAY TAI CHI, IF YOU ARE SO LOUSY, DUN OPERATE 24HRS, YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO HELP UR FELLOW COLLEAGUES..THIS IS TEAM WORK. THE HEADOFFICE DIDNT HIRE ALL YOU IDIOTIC HONKIES, INDIANS AND STUPID CHINESE FUCK TO SEAT AND SHAKE ER LANG LEGS AND WAIT TILL 3AM GO LJ 24HR CANTEEN EAT LATE SUPPER...STUPID PIECES OF SHIT..

ANOTHER FUCK THING I DUN UNDERSTAND, WHY MUST THIS WORLD WORK IN MICROSOFT FAVOR? DOES BILL GATES RULE THE FUCK WORLD?! ITS SO HARD TO WORK ON AN APPLE...ACTUALLY APPLE COMPUTERS ARE PRETTY COOL AND EASY TO USE..WTF LAR...

Well, if my LJ company and those stupid helpdesk turds dun help me solve this shit...they bette loan me a WIN base notebook so that i can work from home. lim pek ain't gonna sell my soul and work OT till super late man...

Come monday i will continue to shoot more emails to those turds...!
