- Why do we alway have to pay $80 first when we do registration at the A&E?
- Why do you have to treat every fuck thing in the hospital like a business transaction?
- Why do we alway have to wait a zillion hours to see a LJ doctor at A&E?
- Why do you have to treat me as if i am a poor guy with no $ when i say i wanna pay via medisave?
- Why do you have to read out the terms and conditions of the adminstration papers aloud like you are a judge ? You wanna "throw the book at me"? So now, whats my jail sentence? TMD!
- Why is your customer service so bad? This is a hospital where many people are so distress, so why the fuck you still treat us like as this is a CB hawker centre? I tell you what moutherfuckers, the hawkers have better customer service than you lao CBs!
- Why is it that the carparks in your LJ hospital is so inacessible?
- Why is it that you LJ doctor at the polyclinic can prescribe the wrong medicine over a period of one year and didn't find anything wrong?
- Why is it that you CCBs doctors never mentioned any fuck thing about side effects?
- Why is it that you still got the cheek to tell me that the drugs prescribed sometime back are not recorded in your LJ OH SO POWERFUL PATIENTS' DATABASE? knn!
- Why is it that you LJ hopsital like to hire nurses that are pretty but useless? THis is not a whore house, you know?
- Why is it that during that you LJ hospital like to use trainee doctors or what the fuck you call them...Most of the time they give me the impression that they just "go with the flow".... FUck You Understand? YOUNG Punks!
So can i fucking lodge a complain or sue you mutherfucking CB hospital? so tell me, what's my right??

went to A&E 4 yrs ago.
A&E is emergency right??
I had someone who bleeding a lot but we waited for 1 hour to see the doctor... dunno what is the emergency for (though I understand priority for major one, but bleeding furiously leh?)
though our medical world is one of the better one in asia/world (compare to some developed countries public hospital) but there's a lot to improve (like customer service).
I guess it's something to do with upbringing of the pple. hard to improve service when pple are fucked up.
oh yes, u can lodge a complain... write to forums.. sure 100% reversion..

Dont know whether they understand of "emergency" or not... Register must wait. Then after registration also wait... simi sai also wait.. and the waiting time is damn long!
