Recently my LJ boss hired a 24 yr old new gal to takeover one of my collegue that is resigning. This young gal is knn a misfit man. She is the very power, after the ccb second day of work, she is bascially late for 15 mins every fuckday at work.

All the female langgar faces in the office all super ANTI her, because they say she act cute, buay zhi tong, blah blah blah. I was thinking, y0u all CCBs, to me, she is just like you bitches, selfish, arrogant, brainless, I thought you all same breed, why wanna badmouth her? hmmm...
Maybe you bitches are jealous that this gal is abit chio then the rest of you idiots.

I was having lunch of this gal that day together with the others. Then she start shooting her mouth about her ex-boyfriend and how he dumped her

My LJ boss, now tell me he regret hiring her because her attitude sucks. He ccb made a comment say that he will change her attitude.

All my bosses all very CB disconnect from the staff. Our evironment is based on $$ motivation , Anyone know about the basic "Maslow's hierarchy of needs", will knw that $$ motivation is never enough, management needs to work on the human touch, the intrinisc motivations. The lao CB bosses all self denial one, all bluff themselves thinking that we are all "Theory-Y"workers, infact we are all a bunch of Theory-X moutherfuckers..don't you LJ bosses get it?

Finally, Dogsoup is back from fucking India and its time to head out to the studio together with the Guitar.Molester. Dogsoup better don't bring back the indian oil smell into the studio later man, if not i shall personally skin him alive haha!!
