According to stall-owner, typical old generation people's reply..." Bleak, hard to earn a living....barely break-even...blah blah blah"

Business Diagnostics/Findings:

Really lose or dun make money? Why then be in the business then? To pass time? This is no way to bleed your hard earn cash away slowly...

Are you really saying what you mean? I wonder why every month i only see you get that $2k us to pay rent and commented: Thats All that's made this month. Surely I know you make more, just that you don't bank in the rest of the money...It all end up in the little Bowl of money you people place in the stall, the typical place where all u hawkers throw the money inside for loose change and stuff..

Of course you people think you loose money or barely make enough, because you the older generation just give up on living life in a way and work till death without any meaning..Just in you own words...TO PASS TIME...Guo RI ZI loh...

You dun calculate how much you make per day, how to save on overheads and stuff?

One simple test i did and it proves all my points... When i ask them HOW Much is your monthly overheads..how many bowls you sell per day...YOU DEEM ME AS DISRESPECTFUL, DUN GIVE YOU MONTHLY ALLOWANCE STILL ASK SO MUCH, so you act kind and ignorance and just say...NEVER KEEP TRACK, about 100 bowls and overheads about 100 per day...

Hmmm.....Hmm.....I think, really? Hmm...If what you say is true..100 bowls per day average, that works what to be err...$10, 500.00. That means your profit will be $4.7k. Hmm...Did you anyhow give me a figure? 

If they sell 50 bowls per day, they will sure lose money big time, no doubt, 80 bowls per day..barely ok...

Recommended Solutions:

1.  Stop whinning about tough life, calculate your shit overheads and revenue daily, get a gasp of your business.
   
2. Stop buying 4Ds with your stash of cash from that BOWL of Money of yours. Gambling is a bad vice, Not a way or method as you say :" BUY 4D Pass Time"...
3. Stop having the mentality that because you strike 4D on average every few months, that is your source of profit, wealth, income..Do you know why you strike so often? Because you buy alot thats why..higher probability to strike...You already waste so much money to Spore pool willingly and yet you complain the garment EAT MONEY? hmm...
4. Stop selling so many food items on your menu, More doesn't mean good, I saw your bills, if you less out that lor mee or shit orr jian and other stuff, you cut your overheads by half, concentrate on making your best Bak Ku Mee, Laska and Hokkien Mee to the kopitam turds, you will better off in long run... The number of bowls you earn and the number of items you sell doesn't add up logically and doesn't make good business sense to me..unless you are damn capital rich, in which this case you are not...! But you definitely will shoot down MY ideas because you think YOU SHOULD SERVE THE MASSES..THIS IS HOW YOU OLD TIMER THINK..TEOCHEW PEOPLE MUST SELL MORE, WILL LOOK MORE GOOD AND GOT MORE FACE...DUH?! WHAT KIND OF logic is that to me? I am too educated to understand that..Didn't you know that LESS IS MORE? Didn't you see that chicken rice stall next to you, earn more and can hire stupid PRCs bitches to serve customers. Yeah you might say, chicken rice overheads less, hence they can hire..Hmm..in that case, why not sell something simple where you can earn? Since you guys cook so well? Time to LET the "FACE" thing go man i think..
5. Stop selling to stupid fuck senior citizens or kopitam dish washer helpers in the morning at a discounted rate of $2.50 instead of the normal $3.50. Although you say you gave lesser portions, but still all these are money, and people who know you do that will not patronise your stall, because you boh standard. C'mon, you tell me all these old turds are poor, jog in the morning come and eat your food..so you pity them..Well, are they really that poor? Hmm...POOR PEOPLE STILL GOT THE MOOD TO JOG AND DO MORNING EXERCISE IN THE MORNING? C'MON, WAKE up your idea...they might be parking that fucking BENZ, CAMRY or wad fuck Nissan cars in the carpark while eating your cheap discounted food. There is no Good Karma in this world, and it works this way all this time. When I tell you all these..You just say i siao? Do you know why you say i siao? Because you know i Speak the truth and you are paiseh. Talking about those helpers you sell them the $2.50 mee...THESE STUPID FUCKING PRCs EARn a fuck lot one ok, dun have to pity them, doesn't mean you sell them cheap , they will take care of your bowls and plates.. THESE STUPID PRC  FUCKERS DUN HAVE EMOTIONAL BANK ACCOUNTS one..THEY will fuckcare you till death one..WTF!
6. Stop working 30days in a row without a rest day, dun you know to rest is important to recharge? But having rest days, you can get your overheads again, because if you dun sell, you dont have to waste money on overheads
7. Because your overheads are so high, you should source for a cheaper suppliers for your ingredients...in this cut throat society, competitions are fierce, you definitely can find another supplier that gave you the same grade of food stuff at a cheaper price. Loyalty to suppliers doesn't rule the business world today man.

Conclusion:

I know you won't  listen to what i have to offer and solutions because all these are common sense, if you have it, you will apply them all ago...How you operate your business, only rich people with lots of spare money can afford to operate it that way... eg do charity, give people more portions, at discounted price.
