I signed the LOA wif a LJ big ass fuck UK advert Agency. But, Fuck them, i ain't starting work wif them at all.

I dun understand why such a big ass compy listed in UK, can have such lousy HR dept.

They dun have a decent JD for the position i applied for when i signed the LOA, they just throw me a stupid low level executive JD that is totally different from my scope of work. When FireBurn asked for it, they simply said they dun have it.

They ask FireBurn to fill the staff application, Ask me to filled up position as FIN EXEC, when lim lau pek got offered as a FIN SUPERVISOR. CCB!!!

KNNB, to hell wif the HR, simple things like JD also dun have, what kind of cock HR is that. HR is suppose to handle human and management matters..but WTF simply boh standard!!!

WOrse is the dept that i am going to, they are all super busy, can't confirm my actual job scope.

I KNOW WHAT I APPLIED FOR, I KNOW WHAT THE FUCKING FIN DIRECTOR PROMISED ME, BUT TALK IS TALK, I WANT THINGS TO BE WRITTEN DOWN BLACK AND WHITE.

I tried to call the dept, no one bothers until i talk to the Associate MGR , she said will check and revert. My useless Job Agent, fucking useless, didn't help me a single bit from day one. HE JUST THINK I AM A DUMB AND MUTE PRODUCT..WANNA SELL ME OFF QUICK...FUCK YOU I SAY, I BEEN WORKING FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, AIN'T A FRESHY GRAD THAT DUN NO SHIT...WANNA WAYANG ME? SHIT, I gotta push and probe for him to work a better deal for me. KNNB, after i made noise to him, he come back and said, the company ain't happy wif me, kpkb about small things such as JD..said they wanna forget the whole thing.

WELL, I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY!!! I TOLD THE AGENT, IN THAT CASE MEANS I DUN OWN YOU OR THE COMPANY ANYTHING RIGHT, HE SAID YES, NOTHING, THIS IS A MUTUAL AGREEMENT.

I think this whole drama IS A JOKE MAN..., they said that i dun trust their BIGASS Compy. Well, I like the company, very lively engertic ARTYFARTY company, but my job security is another thing. Fucking hell, they keep saying YOU WILL BE MEASURED BASED ON PERFORMANCE and so is your bonus payout. BUT, if you never fuck comfirmed the minimum requirement of my job on my LOA, how the FUCK YOU WANT ME TO MEASURED UPON? MEASURED UPON HOW FAR MY FIRESPERM CAN SHOOT ONTO YOUR SUPER CHIO HR BITCH FACE IS IT?NBCB!!

TO them, i think they treat the Supervisor role is a small fly position, hence they wanna be up in the sky and haolian, as in "duh, this is a low level job, you aint applying for Creative Director position, so just take the job and shut the fuck up!!"...That is SUper LOW to me...i mean their standard is super low. The HR just wanna SMOKE me through the whole process.. Anyway, the pay is not so fucking fanastic as i expected..crap.

THIS WHOLE DRAMA ALSO TAUGHT ME SOMETHING.That, ArtyFArty CCB people can never be good in management skills. They are all so happy go fuck lucky! stupid.

My own company HR is bad, I didn't know their is worse...WTF!!

The CHio HR bitch still can thrash talk wif me about music corrie M CD she has on the table..she go on talking about Uxpected Band and AstrReal. TMD, i was thinking, yes i know these Artfasty people. I was thinking, I myself is a Rock Musician, my thinking about things are super artsy fasty at times like you people..BUT FUCK YOU...I AIN'T THE LEAST BIT LIKE YOU PEOPLE WHEN IT COMES TO WORK AND CAREER....STUPID PEOPLE.

Then at 6pm, i got call from the Assoc Mgr, she told me they made a mistake, said mine is a supervisory role and that my job scope are as per what i discussed during the interview...means i was right, they are wrong..then i told her..I AIN'T GONNA BE PART OF YOUR COMPANY,DUN YOU KNOW? YOU AND UR HR NEVER COMMUNICATE? Then she said will check will check...I short of telling her..GO FLY KITE AND DUN CALL FIREBURN BACKKK!!! WAHLAU SI MI LJ!!

Well, now I Lan Lan have to crawl back to my shit hole and continue to be Mr Propaganda 's Lackey...I must think of ways to squeeze out as much money from this shithole before i leave for my safe haven in the future.
